Taylor Tondelli
Program Director
With over a decade of experience spanning international development, sustainability, and strategic programming, Taylor has worked at the intersection of policy, environment, and investment. Prior to joining Confluence Philanthropy as a Director of Environment Programs, Taylor co-founded a renewable energy tech start-up, Freewind Energy, she led a humanitarian aid response in Puerto Rico for an INGO, and she worked at the United Nations FAO, where she contributed to global climate policies including the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) indicators and Nationally Determined Contributions in more than 12 developing countries.
Passionate about the intersection of climate, innovation, and investment, she is dedicated to advancing solutions that create systemic change. She speaks four languages and has lived and worked across multiple continents. Outside of work, she enjoys salsa dancing, cycling, and yoga.
