Mission Investors Exchange
Since 2012, MIE has acted as a forum for philanthropic ideas, tools, and experiences, building on the experience of Harvard University’s Initiative for Responsible Investment and Philanthropy Northwest. Its membership includes more than 230 foundations and mission investing organizations.

SOCAP (Social Capital Markets)
SOCAP is a network that enables social entrepreneurs, social investors, and social impact leaders to connect and share their ideas with a global audience. Its annual flagship conference in San Francisco is the largest conference for impact investors and has drawn more than 10,000 people.

The Foundation Center provides resources including foundation and grants directories, available online and in libraries across the country.
Guidestar is a national database of nonprofit organizations and provides information about the operations and finances of foundations.
Resist has published a fundraising resource guide on their website, Finding Funding: A Beginner's Guide to Foundation Research, 5th Edition.
