Rosina Barba

Chief Financial and Administration Officer

Rosina brings over three decades of experience in finance and operations. As the Chief Financial & Administrative Officer (CFAO) at Confluence Philanthropy, she spearheads the organization's financial and operational strategy and systems.

Previously serving as the COO of the Ms. Foundation for Women, Rosina managed its finance, technology, and administrative functions. During her tenure, she developed operational strategies that fostered the organization’s growth and bolstered its internal capacity. She also transitioned its endowment to a Mission-Related Investment Portfolio and initiated a Program-Related Investment Strategy. Prior to this, Rosina held the position of Chief Finance and Operations Officer at USA for UNFPA. Before entering the philanthropic sector, she served as a division COO at Deutsche Bank and commenced her career at Deloitte and Touche as an auditor, holding a CPA certification.

Outside her professional roles, Rosina has contributed to the Board of Nontraditional Employment for Women (NEW) and currently participates in CHIEF, a network organization dedicated to connecting and supporting women executives.

With a passion for aligning financial and mission-related impact, Rosina strives to advance social equity and climate justice. A native New Yorker, she has also lived in Tokyo, Singapore, Hong Kong, and London.
